EEG Coherence Analyzer

You can use the Coherence transform to calculate coherence-related measures between two

channels or signals, which yield a channel pair. All these measures are based on signal representation

in the frequency domain as obtained by the FFT transform. For an appropriate interpretation

of the result, stationarity of the involved signals is assumed. The output of this

transform is an average over all available segments.
