The use of EEG for neurofeedback a Experimental Design to train emotions

With Neurofeedback (NFB) we can promote the regulation of brain activity to enhance and recover emotion and cognitive processes.

For this purpose, this Experimental Design suggests the use of EEG and Visual (with VR) + auditory stimulus (with hearphone) to promote the neurofeedback

For tenderness: Soft and gentle music for tenderness with virtual landscape for green.

For anguish: Strange and distorted music for anguish with virtual landscape for shades of purple.

The subject must feel the emotions for each configuration for 1 minute 

After the training the eeg result for tenderness and anguish should be used to train a SVM.

Neurofeedback tool

With the SVM the emotion felt is received as a feedback in real time. Them the subject is asked to alternate between emotions for 2 minutes, 20 seconds for each sentation.
